**Work Directly With Founder | Systems, Projects, Accountability**
We are a fast-growing education and services company seeking a **high-caliber Executive Operations Assistant** to help organize operations, streamline workflows, and support the CEO directly.
This role is **part Executive Assistant, part Project Manager, part Operations Coordinator.**
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait for instructions — they bring structure, clarity, and momentum.

### **What You Will Do**
**Executive Support**
* Manage CEO priorities, tasks, and calendar
* Maintain organization and keep momentum on key goals
* Prepare summaries, follow-ups, and weekly execution plans
**Project & Systems Management**
* Help migrate to a new project management and communication platform
* Build and maintain SOPs and internal workflows
* Track and follow up on company projects and deliverables
**Accountability & Team Coordination**
* Oversee remote worker performance, task completion, and output
* Track KPIs and deliver daily/weekly reports
* Be the CEO’s “second eyes” — surface issues before they become problems
**Documentation & Communication**
* Organize docs, files, knowledge base, dashboards
* Communicate clearly across internal and external stakeholders
### **Who We’re Looking For**
**Required**
* Excellent English and written communication
* Proven experience supporting executives or managing operations
* Highly organized and reliable
* Strong follow-through — nothing falls through the cracks
* Tech-savvy and fast learner
* Process-oriented thinker who loves building systems
* Able to **be on camera during work hours**
* Works personally — **no agencies, subcontracting, or outsourcing**
**Preferred**
* Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Monday, Asana, Bitrix24, Notion)
* Google Workspace expertise
* Experience setting KPIs or managing remote teams
* Bonus: experience with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, etc.)
### **Work Hours & Structure**
We are open to **20–40 hours per week** depending on the candidate.
**Requirements**
* Minimum **4 hours/day** overlap with US Eastern Time
* Consistent schedule
* Daily check-ins + weekly planning call
* On-camera during working hours (company policy)
* Stable, private work environment and strong internet connection
We will begin with a **paid trial period** to test fit and determine ideal hours.

Competitive based on experience and performance.
