Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant for a top company in San Francisco!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a calendar and schedule for 4 Sr Directors/Directors
• Responsible for scheduling internal and external meetings, anticipate conflicts, and resolve last minute changes
• Coordinate and schedule business travel when applicable
• Expenses/reimbursement
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Organize team offsites (virtual and in person) as required
• Collaborate with other EBPs, EAs, HRBPs, EWX on day to day operations

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Google Suite
• 5+ years of experience as an EA
• Ability to manage heavy slack volume in a fast paced environment
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and business matters.
• Ability to work with different personalities with stride and a positive disposition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Can do attitude. You’re always willing to help out and no job is too small

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a fast paced start up environment
• Crypto knowledge
