Description We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our clients' team in New York, New York. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to executives overseeing business operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and managing sensitive information with discretion. This role is best suited for a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Maintain and organize executives' schedules, ensuring all appointments and meetings are effectively managed. - Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations, to meet executives' requirements. - Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. - Screen incoming calls and manage inquiries, providing support and solutions where appropriate. - Process and reconcile travel expenses promptly and accurately. - Assist with meeting preparation, including gathering materials and coordinating logistics. - Act as a reliable point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders. - Ensure seamless communication and follow-up on tasks as directed by executives. - Provide administrative support for day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
