Job Description
As part of the Elevare Branding event team, you will assist in the successful execution of corporate, promotional, and community events. You will play a key role in ensuring every event runs smoothly, maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event flow.
Coordinate with vendors, team members, and clients as needed.
Ensure all brand and quality standards are upheld during events.
Maintain a professional and polished presence at all times.
Handle event-related inquiries and provide excellent guest assistance.
Qualifications
Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
