Dinamic AS Group is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Event Staff to support the planning and execution of dynamic events in Birmingham, AL. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments, interacting with people, and contributing to seamless event experiences. You will play a key role in ensuring each event reflects our high standards and commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
Support coordination efforts before, during, and after events
Welcome and assist attendees to ensure a positive experience
Maintain organization and professionalism throughout event execution
Collaborate with team members to meet event goals and timelines
Follow company procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
High level of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
Flexibility to work varying schedules as needed
Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
