Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and organized Event Staff to join our growing team in New Orleans. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of a variety of events. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth, memorable, and high-quality experience for all attendees and clients.
Responsibilities
Assist in event setup, coordination, and teardown.
Support the event management team with logistics and vendor coordination.
Greet and assist guests, ensuring excellent service throughout each event.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s high standards.
Anticipate and respond to client and attendee needs promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Availability for flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required.
