Support general corporate legal matters, including company information changes, governance, and compliance. 2. Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to the operations of German entities in Europe, including distributor agreements, sales agreements, after-sales service agreements, and other service contracts related to business operations. Ensure contracts align with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.
