Position: EPIC-certified consultants (Direct client) (100%offer )

Location: Long Island City, New York (Hybrid Role), Need Local DL Only

Hybrid in Long Island, NY (Need Locals only)

We are seeking experienced EPIC-certified consultants to support a large-scale EPIC Go-Live project. These contractors will play critical roles during implementation, activation, and command center support. Candidates must bring deep knowledge of their EPIC application specialty, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Available Roles Include:

• Research Analyst
• Clinical Analyst
• DoCo Analyst
• Ambulatory EHR Specialty Analyst
• Specialty Wisdom Analyst
• Kaleidoscope Analyst
• Inpatient Orders Analyst
• Geomics Analyst
• General EPIC Analyst
• Security Analyst
• Certified EPIC Analyst (various modules)

Key Details:

• Start Date: October 27, 2025
• Onsite Requirement: Must be available to travel and work onsite in New York beginning approximately October 31, 2025 for Go-Live support.
• Shift Expectations: 12.5-hour shifts during Command Center support.
• Compliance: All contractual and compliance screenings must be completed prior to start.
• Certification Requirement: Candidates must hold active EPIC certification(s) for their specialty area. Certification documentation must accompany the resume upon submission.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Proven experience supporting EPIC implementations and Go-Lives
• Active EPIC certification(s)
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a dynamic command center environment
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
