About The Job

We are looking for an Email Marketing Copywriter to join our high-achieving team to develop outstanding, converting copy in email marketing campaigns for our clients. Our desired candidate is an experienced email copywriter who enjoys new challenges, and learning new strategies, techniques, and skills in a fast-paced environment. 

Compensation

This is a remote contract role. Hours are very flexible with room to start at 10 - 20 hours per week and will accelerate up to 40 hours per week.

Hourly: Between $25 and $40 / hour (negotiable depending on experience)

Candidates must reside in North America or Latin America.

Day in the Life / Responsibilities

Research - Thorough research of client branding/messaging, target audience, and current trends

• Research on client’s business, industry, market, and competitors, so you can write knowledgeably to their target audience
• Staying up-to-date and incorporating current market trends
• Monitoring of metrics with subsequent appropriate copy adjustments

Writing - Development of on-brand, persuasive copy for impactful and converting email campaigns

• Development of authentic, converting copy that reflects the client’s voice, branding, and messaging to their target audience
• Utilization of SEO and conversion principles to maximize reach
• Use of clear, concise, grammatically correct language

Collaboration - Ongoing and regular communication with the marketing team to maximize campaign effectiveness

• Regular collaboration with team members to make adjustments to copy for maximum ROI
• Work alongside graphic designers to ensure a clear, cohesive message in email campaigns
• Adapt campaign copy as needed to reflect client vision and goals

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Email Marketing DTC experience is required. 
• Experience working with medium to enterprise US-based eCommerce brands is required.
• Must be based in the NAM or LATAM.
• Four (4) years minimum experience of copywriting is required
• Previous agency experience is a must.
• Experience using LLMs for copywriting.
• Advanced English skills required.
