STATUS: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual DSP positions available!

LOCATION: Monroeville, Penn Hills, Plum, North Versailles, Wilkinsburg

SALARY: $15.40-$15.65 / hour

Milestone Centers, a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., is a nonprofit, community-based human services agency supporting individuals with behavioral health challenges and intellectual & developmental disabilities in communities throughout Western Pennsylvania. Milestone Centers has earned certification from the Sanctuary Institute for providing trauma-informed care and utilizes the Sanctuary Model's shared values and tools to conduct daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

The  Direct Support Professional - DSP will be responsible for assisting individuals with their goals and activities of daily living in a residential home setting. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with personal hygiene needs, including bathing and toileting as needed
• Assisting individual with maintenance of home, including meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping
• Administering prescribed medications
• Completing required documentation; daily service notes, communication notes, and incident reports, as required
• Providing supervision, support, and assistance to assure safety and welfare of individuals
• Participation in team and staff meetings

CASH INCENTIVES

• $2,500 Sign on Bonus for new employees
• Referral Bonus for current employees: 
  • $2,500 for each successfully referred Full Time DSP
  • $1,000 for each successfully referred Full Time non-DSP

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable means of transportation
