Salary: $93,770 - 179,240 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative analytics field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science, or another quantitative discipline. Alternatively, a minimum of four years of relevant experience in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative analytics may suffice in lieu of a degree. Candidates should have at least four years of experience in data/analytics or functional business experience within the respective industry (e.g., P&C, Banking, Finance). An advanced degree in a quantitative analytics field combined with two years of relevant experience is also acceptable. We require competency in mathematical and statistical techniques used to support fact-based decision-making, along with intermediate to advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, and the ability to develop and execute analysis queries in SQL, SAS, or other analysis software.

• As a Paid Media Decision Science Analyst, you will leverage your intermediate and advanced business, analytical, and technical abilities to engage in discussions with cross-functional teams, helping to define and influence solution strategies. You will apply advanced analytical techniques to tackle medium to large-scale business problems, ultimately shaping our current and future business strategy. Additionally, you will adopt innovative quantitative analytical methods to formulate actionable recommendations that drive change and communicate these insights effectively to colleagues and management. Your role will involve gathering relevant and quality data, transforming disparate data sources, and ensuring that your findings and the associated methodologies are thoroughly documented to facilitate compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring that risks are identified and mitigated in accordance with our risk and compliance policies.
