Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group in Dallas . This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions, collaborate with an esteemed team of legal professionals, and advance within a dynamic and well-respected firm.
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Texas.
3–5 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions , including acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial real estate assets.
AmLaw 200 experience required.
Familiarity with the pace and expectations of a sophisticated law firm environment is necessary.
Highly skilled in complex legal drafting.
Experience in joint venture transactions is preferred , but not required.
Experience in construction loan transactions is preferred , but not required.
Handle a variety of complex real estate transactions, including joint venture formations, financings, and the acquisition, disposition, and development of mixed-use and other commercial real estate assets across the United States.
Represent developers, investors, and financial institutions in high-profile real estate matters.
Work collaboratively with an experienced team of attorneys in a collegial and interactive practice.
Provide strategic legal counsel on sophisticated commercial real estate matters.
