Salary: $127,310 - 243,340 per year Requirements:

• I require candidates to hold a Bachelor's degree; OR, an equivalent of 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Ideal applicants will have 6 years of experience in Security Engineering and/or Information Technology with a security emphasis, including leadership in enterprise technology projects or initiatives. Additionally, you should have 4 years of experience in delivering technology solutions through all phases of the solution development lifecycle. Demonstrated experience in shaping security strategies and initiatives is essential, as well as proficiency in modern programming and scripting languages. Experience in security engineering activities using contemporary DevSecOps practices is also required. You should showcase hands-on success with agile delivery methods, a knack for resolving complex production issues, and familiarity with security best practices in infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Familiarity with event-driven security architecture and current cloud technologies such as Public Cloud, Containerization, Security Data Lakes, and GenAI is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• In this position, I expect you to ensure that security requirements are comprehensively addressed in every aspect of our solution lifecycle. Your role will involve designing, developing, coding, integrating, and testing complex technical solutions with a security focus, often in collaboration with Engineers or Architects from other teams. You will lead the team through code and design reviews while enhancing engineering efficiencies for effective operations. Resolving intricate production issues and troubleshooting solutions across multiple applications and systems will be part of your daily tasks.
• Your contributions will help define directions for cross-functional or highly complex technologies within specific security domains. Participation in internal and external training events, conferences, and professional societies is encouraged to promote community impact. I need you to leverage Site Reliability Engineering practices within your area and ensure risks in your domain are effectively identified and managed in alignment with compliance policies. Monitoring and troubleshooting complex systems and collaborating with security analysts and business partners to facilitate enhanced security solutions will also be key responsibilities.
