We partner with leading 501(c)(3) nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and socially responsible brands to raise awareness, inspire action, and build donor support. Through live events and in-person outreach , we create authentic human connections that drive real-world impact.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the front-line voice of the campaigns you support, helping nonprofit partners connect with the public in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs
Engage the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner
Share powerful messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community needs
Educate individuals on each nonprofit’s goals, impact, and ways to get involved
Build relationships that foster long-term donor engagement and support
Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful campaign execution
