Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated individual to join our team as a CT MRI Technologist. This crucial role involves performing sophisticated imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities for a CT MRI Technologist

  • Operate CT and MRI equipment to capture clear and accurate diagnostic images.
  • Collaborate with radiologists to understand imaging requirements and patient histories.
  • Position patients and ensure their comfort and safety during procedures.
  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment and adhere to radiation safety protocols.
  • Accurately document patient information and image analysis for radiologists' review.
  • Provide compassionate patient care by addressing concerns and explaining procedures.

Schedule and Shift Details

This is a full-time position offering flexible scheduling, including potential evening or weekend shifts to meet departmental needs. 4 X 10s, Monday-Thursday, 8am-6pm

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Valid ARRT certification in CT and/or MRI and state licensure where applicable.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT or MRI Technologist preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and the healthcare team effectively.
