Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Service Plumber to join our team in Columbia, SC. You’ll handle service calls, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a variety of commercial plumbing systems in environments such as schools, offices, healthcare facilities, and retail centers.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and system malfunctions
• Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and related commercial plumbing components
• Respond to emergency calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
• Partner with service coordinators and fellow technicians to ensure timely, high-quality work
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time reporting
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure work is code-compliant

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing service
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments (rooftops, crawl spaces, etc.)
• SC Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
