A global bank is looking to hire a Procurement/Buyer Agent. They will be primarily responsible for managing the various tasks of the procure-to-pay process within the procurement department. This position will have an immediate focus on creation and management of both Operational Contracts and Purchase Requisitions to support the end of year and beginning of year processes. The resources will specifically create Operational Contracts in client's new accounts payable system (Ariba) during November/December from a report of data that will be provided to them. In January, they will use the same process to then create Purchase Requisitions in Ariba. The reason for these openings is due to a bulk of Operational Contracts/Purchase Requisition creations each December/January where this team will need the additional bandwidth help with the increase of creation requests.

Duration:

• Planned extension through January 31, 2026

• No planned extensions beyond that

Location:

• Fully remote US position

Compensation:

$30/hr to $38/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of related Buyer/Procurement/Purchasing experience

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Ariba is their system of use, but accept experience with other ERPs)

• Understanding of relationship between Contracts and Purchase Orders within the Procurement process

• Strong Excel experience

• Customer communications

• Attention to detail

• Administrative experience

• Strong organizational skills -Experience utilizing SAP Ariba
