Salary: $103,450 - 197,730 per year Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
• 8 years of experience in end-to-end analysis and/or operations, including requirement gathering and documentation, operational planning and forecasting, and data analytics in support of business planning and optimization initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of business operations, systems, and business requirements processes.
• Experience in facilitating collaboration to reach a common understanding of business needs and driving enterprise-wide processes.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as MS Visio, MS Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret data patterns to propose enhancements for business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess complex business data and trends to suggest modifications aimed at enhancing efficiency and generating substantial improvements.
• Offer guidance to team members and functional partners on identifying and addressing opportunities as well as resolving gaps.
• Utilize your expertise for producing comprehensive work outputs in support of departmental and enterprise initiatives like audits and strategic developments.
• Mentor team members and project managers in problem-solving, identifying gaps, and optimizing communication of findings.
• Oversee various functional projects and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for larger initiatives.
• Act as the representative for the business or staff agency, possibly substituting for middle-management leadership.
• Maintain a broad understanding of systems and business strategies, identifying training needs, and implementing solutions.
• Plan and enhance business processes to boost effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide insights and analyses to maintain alignment with operational and financial plans.
• Identify and implement opportunities for business optimization through data analysis.
• Support your team with assigned analyses and contribute to discussions on strategic options.
• Develop policies, standards, and controls related to relevant processes.
• Coach and offer on-the-job training for team members.
• Ensure risks in business activities are effectively identified, monitored, and controlled per compliance policies.
