As a Bartender at Grossen Bart Brewery, you’ll be at the heart of our taproom experience. Your role will include: - Pouring and serving our handcrafted beers with precision and enthusiasm .
- Engaging with guests to share your knowledge of our brews and help them find their perfect pint.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handling transactions and ensuring accurate cash and card handling.
- Collaborating with the team to create a fun, friendly, and safe environment for everyone.
We’re on the hunt for someone with: - 1 year of bartending experience (you know your way around the taps!).
- A genuine love for craft beer and the ability to share that passion with others.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to make every guest feel right at home.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while keeping a smile on your face.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude that fits right into our brewery family.
