PAY RATE: $38-43/hour

Job Type: 6-month contract with potential to convert to full-time hire.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience in Procurement/Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Buyer; overall 7 years in Supply Chain Management.
Knowledge of compliant acquisition procedures and FAR/DFAR requirements.
Experience developing RFPs, statements of work, evaluation criteria, and source selection criteria.
Experience with both development and production aerospace programs.
International subcontract experience, including import/export compliance and ITAR regulations.
Experience with purchased services/subcontracting (e.g., licensing, software, and other non-tangible services).
Able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, Engineering, and Program Management.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong experience with purchased services/subcontracting.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective supplier and internal relationships.
